Processing time
We process orders per the production time noted in red font under the quantity box on the product page. Please pay attention to it while placing the order. The production time does not include transportation time, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout. We always try our best to ship as soon as quickly. Every order is shipped from Monday to Friday. Whichever express you choose, we can’t guarantee weekends delivery.
According to different products, there are different processing times. You can see more details as followings:
- Standard Order: It will take 7-10 working days.
- Lace Front Wigs Order: It will take 10-15 working days.
- Monofilament Wigs Order: It will take 18-25 working days.
- Full Lace Wigs Order: It will take 15-20 working days.
Delays or stops because of inaccurate personal information or tax
When inaccurate or incomplete addresses or unverified details with your order, it may delay or not be transported in time. We encourage customers to check order information carefully. Meanwhile, we will contact the customers by e-mail or Skype once we find that there is problem about it. If you don’t see it, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
International Shipping Tax
If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., customers may be subject to import duties and taxes by yourself. When you are done, logistics company will give your parcel. Due to different countries have different rules, we can’t advise the amount of what these fees might be, you can contact to your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing hair products. Bestwigbuy is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international package (including Canada) will incur 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
Automatic Returns and wrong address disclaims
We always ship your order as soon as quickly and guarantee you can receive it on time. It is responsible for buyers to offer correct shipping address. If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately by Skype or e-mail in 1 business day. We will make our efforts to ship the new address you offer. But, to be honest, we can’t make sure that we can change the address right away if you contact us beside 1 business day. Of course, if we can’t stop the transport, you can return your order once you receive it. If you return the parcel to us, you should pay the returning fee, we will give you our address. If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees
