It is possible before shipment. We always ship all of our orders in 1-3 working days.We can't modify it if the parcel was already shipped. Hence please reach us in time.

Where is my order tracking number?
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email about the order information. Please email us if you haven't got tracking number.
Most of our wigs are average(22.5''), which has two adjustable straps that can tightenor loosen half an inch. Meanwhile,we also show all information of that hair in the description. If you have more questions, you also can contact us.
What is the density of the wigs?We have 3 densities. 130%(Light),150%(Medium),180%（Heavy &Full). In every product page we will show density on description. Are all the wigs on your website actually in stock?
Are all the wigs on your website actually in stock?In order to provide better service, I always ensure that all items on sale are in stock. But if a hot-selling product is not in stock, it may be that our factory has not produced it in time. But our staff will always monitor the inventory in time and replenish the goods in time. How to measure head circumference?Pick a tape, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Write down your measurement then consult the table and find your size.

Can I wash my wigs?Yes! All of our products can be washed. We recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo for our 100% Remy Human hair products or a gentle wig shampoo for our Japanese Synthetic Fiber products.
Can wigs be dyed?Unfortunately synthetic hair cannot be dyed. Our 100% remy human hair can be dyed, but we suggest avoiding harsh chemicals or re-dying multiple times. Just like your real hair, coloring can damage the hair.
Can I use the curling iron on wigs?Human hair wigs can use the curling iron. Heat friendly (or heat resistant) synthetic wigs can be styled with heated styling tools. At Bestwigbuy, we have Heat resistant synthetic wigs collection, you can check more.
Is the hair shedding?Generally speaking, we will check every time before shipping to make sure there are no problems with the item. It is normal for wigs or our own hair to have very slight hair loss. If the wig you receive has a lot of hair loss, you can contact us in time and I will deal with it for you quickly. Contact us!

Is there any color difference between the real thing and the picture?It is normal because of different monitors. We will try our best to show the realistic conditions（real shots or Videos) of the products in different lights.You can look at our real shots.
Can I wear the wig in kitchen?Yes,you can.However, never open the oven while wearing a synthetic wig! The sudden burst of heat will ruin your wigs,especially when the hot steam from a boiling pot of water can also cause irreparable damage. So swap your wig for a stylish scarf or a comfy cap.

I love the look of your curly. Are they easy to style?Simply give your beauty wig a shake then finger style or use a pick comb to gently lift and separate tight curls and ringlets. Never brush as it could damage the hair fibers. Add a touch of styling gel to the ends for even more definition and shine.
What kind of wigs suitable for cancer patients?The human hair and soft cap designs and hairpieces are great choices for cancer patients. You also can buy headwears,too.
How long is my wig lifespan?About 6-8 months. It can keep longer if cared well.
What temperatures are safe to use on a heat-friendly wig?Each brand of heat-friendly wigs has different temperature limits, which can range from 100 – 150 degrees Celsius. If you are unsure, please contact us to check! For the heated tools, we always recommend using ones with a digital setting so you don’t overheat and damage the fibres.
What does 100% human hair mean?Our human hair products are made from 100% human hair. This means the hair cuticle is aligned in the same direction it grew in, which reduces tangling and can last three times longer than our competitor's non-Remy products (which are also often mixed with animal hair - which we NEVER do).
Pricing varies depending on the color of the extensions and added processing. To get our beautiful lighter and balayage shades, the hair must go through a special bleaching and dying process. We takes extra steps to offer the best quality to preserve the hair integrity and longevity during this process.

How to wear a wig?
(1).Hold your wig at the nape (where the label is) with both hands.
(2).With your head tilted forward slightly, position the wig above your eyebrows and slip the wig on to your head, starting from front to back in a forwards-backwards motion.
(3).Now, push the front of the wig toward the back, until it’s placed slightly under your natural hairline.
(4).Using the ear tabs found on both sides of the wig, centre the wig by placing the tabs in front of the ears, but be sure not to cover them!
(5).Adjust the wig according to the kind of part you want to achieve – some wigs have pre-made partings that you can’t change, so you will have to play around with it until you get to your desired style.
(6).Secure your wig using wig tape, a wig gripper, a headband, wig clips, or bobby pins to prevent your wig from slipping.
(7).Once you feel comfortable with your wig’s position, you can tidy the look by tucking in stray hairs and voila! If the wig feels tight or too loose, use the adjustable tabs at the back of the wig to fit the wig to your head.
How to wash a wig?
(1).Wash and condition the hair regularly.(once a week or once two weeks)
(2)Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist the hair.
(3)Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly.
(4)Blot out excess water with towel and allow the hair to dry naturally. Do not expose to sun.
(5)Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not brush.
(6)Brush straighter hair in downward motion straight with the ends. Work your way up to the roots.
(7)Certain items should not be brushed.EG braids, DOME, etc. Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.
(8)Hair may tangles if general care directions are not followed properly.

How to style a wig?
Your fingertips and a spray of cold water are essential styling tools. Use only brush and combs that are designed for wigs.To completely restyle your wig, we recommend taking your wig to a professional stylist or wig salon.
How to cut your Wig?As well designed as our wigs and hair pieces are, but it can be cut and shaped by a professional hair stylist to customize the look with your face shape. Often, a little trim on the bangs and a little thinning here or there can make all the difference.
